The Tin Woodman of Oz, once a flesh-and-blood man who was engaged to marry the lovely Munchkin Nimmie Amee, achieves great things but finds himself still longing for his little lost love.

An earthquake drops Dorothy and her friend Zeb into the Vegetable Kingdom, a land of glass buildings, princesses that grow, and invisible people, where they encounter the Wizard of Oz and together seek the Emerald City.

When a neighbor tries to have her dog Toto impounded, Dorothy takes Toto and runs away. A tornado appears and carries her to the magical land of Oz. Wishing to return home, she begins to travel to the city of Oz where a great wizard lives.
