Description
After his father's mysterious disappearance, Tim decides to investiage what could have made the ace detective leave without a trace. While pursuing the case, he comes across a Pikachu that only he can understand, who claims to be an excellent detective, and they join forces with a young journalist and her Psyduck who are investigating a strange new drug that is manufactured in the last location Harry Goodman was seen alive.
