Description
This documentary tracks the unlikely musical career of one of the longest-running and most prolific of the first-wave British punk bands, charting their progression from socialist art students with no musical skills through their reinvention as the rabble-rousing progeny of Hank Williams. Featuring performances by the band as well as interviews with celebrity fans including Jonathan Franzen, Fred Armisen, Will Oldham, Mary Harron, Greil Marcus, Vito Acconci and others.
